This is an exciting time in my life's journey. It has been an amazing experience working at Intuit for over two years. I still remember the day that I got the job supporting ProAdvisors on the Accountant Technical Support team. I was always fond of a challenge and rather quickly moved up to supporting QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions. Looking for a way to be a rare expert in a QuickBooks niche, I delved into the world of databases and ODBC. I have always enjoyed working with computers and wanting to see what is "under the hood," and this was one incredible route to expanding my knowledge. Also having a passion for helping others solve very important problems, I wanted to provide all the tools, tips, and tricks that I have in my arsenal that would enable others to be successful in their own endeavors.

And that is where Go Get Geek! comes into the picture. I am so proud to be an American and to have the opportunity to live in such a great country with so many talented people. I believe it is the people that makes this country great. And I want to continue that tradition. Along with having your own home, which I was fortunate to take part in, having your own business is part of the American dream. Thus, my success depends on my goal to ensure the success of others. We live in a world (mostly online) that is chock-full of information and data. By harnessing that wealth, my goal is to learn as much as I can and share that knowledge with others, so that ultimately, we can continue the tradition of innovation that is the engine of our success.
